The Center for Clinical & Translational Science and the Fisher College of Business Executive Education Program present "The Business of Science", a synchronous and asynchronous workshop designed to provide faculty researchers in the health and biomedical sciences with enhanced skills in innovation, project management and team leadership.
The sessions are practically oriented, interactive, and introduce participants to methods they can implement immediately in their research projects. The program provides faculty the knowledge and tools to develop into independent researchers who can clearly translate and report findings to grant sponsors, and have the ability to efficiently manage the process to turn their observations in the laboratory, clinic, and community into impactful interventions.
