The Ohio State Center for Clinical and Translational Science's 2018 Annual Scientific Meeting: Teaming Up on Science for a Healthier Ohio, was held December 4 at the Ohio Union.

Attendees joined the CCTS for a full day of lectures, posters and networking in support of addressing Ohio’s most pressing health priorities. Keynote speaker Richard Harris, NPR journalist and author of Rigor Mortis: How Sloppy Science Creates Worthless Cures, Crushes Hope, and Wastes Billions discussed the slow progression in biomedical research.
