STAR and Wellness U are mental wellness solutions providing mental health support and well-being for employees, large groups, and students & student-athletes. Created by behavioral health experts at The Ohio State University and digital entrepreneurs, STAR Support & Wellness U mobile apps from Accentus Health  offers personalized mental health resources for users. The program dashboards provide stakeholders anonymous insights into how to help their community reduce stress and build a more robust support system. Overall purpose is to scale mental health and wellness resources and help more people develop competency and skills to reduce stress, anxiety and to build resiliency.
