Nutrition expertise for investigators

The Nutrition Research Laboratory  team consists of 3 full time employees, including a Registered Dietitian, and is available for inpatient or outpatient needs, in addition to remote data collection. Our lab has over 80 years of collective experience in clinical research, is highly skilled in dietary assessment, and has an impeccable track record of accurate and complete data collection. 

The Nutrition Research Laboratory provides a variety of services for investigators including collection of dietary records, administration of dietary assessment questionnaires, gold-standard nutrition analysis software (NDSR), a body-composition suite which includes a GE Lunar iDXA research-dedicated machine with CoreScan technology, metabolic testing, and a metabolic kitchen containing scale  stations reserved solely for weighing and measuring research meals and components.
