If you are a faculty mentor or would like to be one, this two day workshop is designed to give you the skills you need. All attendees must attend both sessions.
The training uses a case-based approach to explore such topics as:
- Establishing expectations
- Communications
- Assessing understanding
- Addressing diversity
- Fostering independence
Facilitators:
Karla Zadnik, OD, PhD, College of Optometry
Lisa Christian, PhD, College of Medicine.
Lunch will be provided, but you must register. Registrants who do not attend without prior notice will be billed $50.
