Getting the Most From Your Mentoring Relationships

This workshop will be designed for junior faculty members who are seeking information on how they can better build and maintain mentoring relationships and thereby taking control of their career development. Topics that will be discussed include characteristics of successful and failed mentoring relationships, the Cs of mentoring and building your own network of mentors, and strategies for getting the most out of one's mentoring relationships.
