Open Hours - Technology Commercialization Office

The Technology Commercialization Office at the Ohio State University is responsible for protecting and commercializing intellectual property (IP) created by OSU faculty and staff.  Our office also negotiates on behalf of all faculty and staff IP-related agreements, such as confidentiality agreements (CDAs or NDAs), material transfer agreements (MTAs), and data use agreements (DUAs).  Part of our staff is devoted entirely to startup company or new venture creation.  If you have any questions about patents, copyrights, licensing, or starting a company, please stop by and see us.
