The 2017 ATRN Summit will be held at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, Hershey, Penn., Oct. 30 - 31, 2017.
Call for abstracts: Please submit your abstracts here. DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL 9/25/2017. Final acceptance and notification will be completed by September 29, 2017. Please have the following materials available for completion of the abstract submission form: author(s) and contact information, abstract title, sources of support, DOC, DOCX, or PDF file of the abstract (250 word limit), and bio of presenting author.
Register: Register here – please be aware that there will be a registration fee of $25 for students and community partners/members and $50 for faculty registrants
Lodging: Book at Hershey Lodge with a special ATRN room rate $159, call 855-729-3108 by Friday, September 29, 2017. Shuttles from the Harrisburg Airport (MDT) to the Hershey Lodge are available upon request. Please book with the lodge in advance for this service. A room block has been reserved at a rate of $159 plus 11% sales tax. The room block is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and expires on Friday, September 29, 2017.
