Everything P&T: Inside Look at the College Level Promotion Review

In this in-person FAME program, you will go behind the scenes to watch and participate in a mock departmental promotion and tenure committee meeting. Participants will be able to read sample dossiers, observe how different faculty tracks and paths are evaluated and vote to see if you would promote these fictional faculty members.
