Overview to Altmetrics for CoM Faculty (WIMS/FAME Faculty Resource Series)

Join Prof. Stephanie Schulte from the OSU Health Sciences Library to hear an overview of altmetrics and how these journal article analytics are an emerging alternative/complement to more traditional citation indices like the H-index.  This is the first event in the WIMS/FAME co-sponsored series generating COM Faculty Resources; a recording of this 30min webinar will be available on the new WIMS website and will be accompanied by a 1-pager PDF overview to using altmetrics in the OSU P&T process, once a new system replacing Vita is in place on campus.
