Strategies For Effective Cross-Cultural Mentorship

This workshop is designed for mentors who are interested in learning about strategies for mentoring across diversity dimensions (e.g., race, gender, generation, etc.). Topics that will be discussed include the challenges faced by mentees who are members of minoritized groups and strategies for effectively mentoring across these diversity dimensions.
