Are you interested in moving your Ohio State technology out of the lab and into the market? Apply by January 16, 2022, for up to a $12,000 grant to participate in the 2022 I-Corps@Ohio technology commercialization training program. The Medtech Track supports the development of technology in the form of medical devices, diagnostics, medicines, vaccines, medical related software, testing procedures and systems developed to solve a health/clinical problem and improve the quality of human life.

An initiative of the Ohio Department of Higher Education, the I-Corps@Ohio program incorporates Lean Startup, Customer Discovery and Business Model Canvas methodologies to accelerate commercialization of technologies from Ohio universities, colleges, and research institutions while expanding the business acumen and networks of faculty and students across the state.

Through this grant-funded program, selected participants will learn key business modeling concepts and their relevance to startup efforts, assess their core assumptions by testing hypotheses, conduct numerous interviews with customers about market needs and learn from executive mentors and certified instructors with relevant industry, scientific and startup experiences.

Our partners at I-Corps@Ohio are pleased to announce the release of the 2022 Request for Proposals for the eighth year of the I-Corps@Ohio Program. The RFP is available to review and applications are being accepted.

Deadline to Register: January 16, 2022
