The Ohio State University Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS)  is hosting a series of focus groups to aid in the development of its upcoming application for a National Institutes of Health  (NIH) Clinical and Translational Science Award  (CTSA) that will be submitted in May of 2022. The success of this application allows for the continued funding of the Ohio State CCTS.

Under the leadership of the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) , the CTSA Program supports a national network of medical research institutions — called hubs ― that work together to improve the translational research process to get more treatments to more patients more quickly.

The Ohio State CCTS enables research teams (including scientists, patient advocacy organizations, and community members) to tackle system-wide scientific and operational problems in clinical and translational research that no one team can overcome.

Our Center works across campus to develop innovative solutions that improve the efficiency, quality, and impact of the process for turning observations in the laboratory, clinic, and community into interventions that improve the health of individuals and the public.
