The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine will host a dynamic virtual workshop on June 21-22, 2021 to explore the current structural barriers driving the underrepresentation of women entrepreneurs across science, technology, engineering, and medical (STEMM) industries and strategies to overcome these barriers. The focus of the workshop will not be on "fixing the women", but rather, on fixing the structural inequities contributing to the underrepresentation of women in entrepreneurship.
