CCTS Upgrades CoRR to MyCCTS

CCTS announces new upgraded service request and project management system

The Ohio State Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) has updated the Computerized Research Record (CoRR) to a an upgraded and more advanced system. CoRR is now MyCCTS , a service request and project management software developed by the CCTS. MyCCTS is a new and improved service that was developed using user and staff feedback. With MyCCTS users will be able to request services across the university and immediately contact service provider staff. MyCCTS will be a place to store project documents such as IRB approval, protocols, etc.

There are multiple benefits to the updated MyCCTS system: it is easier to pull data out of than CoRR which will take the burden off of investigators who would normally have to respond to repeated calls for information, it is easier and quicker to request services than in CoRR and MyCCTS has full time support, whereas support for CoRR ended years ago.

MyCCTS will also be an ever-evolving product, as it can change in response to user feedback. The change from CoRR to MyCCTS will make service and support for translation and clinical researchers, easier, quicker and more functional.
