The Genomics Shared Resource (GSR) provides state-of-the-art instrumentation and expertise to support research projects using genomics methods. The services provided by GSR include DNA sequencing, genotyping, real-time PCR, RNA and DNA extraction, mRNA transcriptional profiling using quantitative real0time PCR, microarrays, NanoString and/or RNA-Seq, microRNA/noncoding small RNA transcriptional profiling, single nucleotide polymorphism genotyping, other specialized forms of sequencing including methyl-sequencing and chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing, quality control assays, and consultation.

GSR also assists researchers with their experimental designs, supports the development of novel methodologies and applications relevant to cancer research, and helps in education and training in genomics methods.
