The Center for Clinical and Translational Science is presenting its Faculty Research Mentoring Workshop on at various times, both in person and online during the Spring Semester. The facilitators are Lisa Christian, PhD, College of Medicine, and  Jennifer Muszynski, MD, Nationwide Children's Hospital and College of Medicine.

Faculty from Ohio State and Nationwide Children's Hospital who are mentors or will be mentors for research trainees. Graduate students, postdocs and junior faculty, will benefit from the training.

The workshop uses a case-based, discussion-oriented curriculum designed by the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experience in Research (CIMER) that is theoretically grounded, evidence-based, and culturally-responsive. The training is designed to help faculty who mentor early career researchers, especially junior faculty, to become more effective research and career mentors.

These workshops consist of two 2-hour sessions that are one week apart, and you must attend both sessions.
