Qualifications for Support
Biostatistical support qualifications
Biostatistical collaboration is provided without charge for qualifying investigators/projects. Projects must be clinical and translational in nature. Support requests are prioritized according to the aims of the CCTS.
Top priority goes to collaborative teams, CCTS pilot project awardees and recipients of NIH K or T awards, followed by new unfunded investigators who have a senior mentor actively involved in the new investigator’s developing research program.
Priorities for clinical and translational projects are as follows:
Highest Priority
- Collaborative teams
- Funded CCTS Pilot Projects
- Funded NIH K or T awards
- New unfunded investigators with a senior mentor or submitting a proposal for funding
Second Priority
- CCTS fellows submitting proposals for funding
- New unfunded investigators without a senior mentor submitting a proposal for funding
