The Genetically Engineered Mouse Modeling (GEMMC) shared resource is available to investigators who work or intend to work with mouse models of human diseases.
The GEMMC team has extensive experience in the generation and maintenance of genetically engineered mouse lines. GEMMC can assist in the generation of classical transgenic lines by pronuclear injection and targeted lines (knock-out, knock-in, conditional) by ES cell technology. It also offers sperm or embryo cryopreservation, rederivation and in vitro fertilization (IVF) services.
