Fellows and junior faculty members typically require a research mentor to help guide the development of their research careers. The CCTS is in the process of building an OSU Research Mentor Network. As the Network becomes a reality, the "Find a Mentor" feature will provide a list of the available mentors in the Network. An additional avenue for locating faculty members in particular research fields is the use of OSU:Pro. OSU:Pro is explained in Assemble a Research Team.

The Choose Ohio First for Bioinformatics Scholarship Program
The program provides scholarships and educational opportunities for students interested in pursuing a career in biomedical informatics or related fields. The Choose Ohio First (COF) Scholarship provides $4700 per year to incoming freshmen, transfer students, upperclassmen, or graduate students who demonstrate academic excellence and an interest in the field.
